Ive had an absolutely terrible experience from this company. I ordered a small founders zip up hoodie and waited so patiently to receive it. I ordered this item May 8th got a single update that the shipment was being prepared on May 19th & then heard nothing until i got a notification that it wasnt shipped out till july 6th just to NOT recieve it on july 11th all because the sender put in the wrong address. I confirmed with USPS with an offical letter from them that the address I had in the confirmation email from molten (which was correct) and the address that it was entered was incorrect. Ive tried reaching out SEVERAL times to NEVER hear anything thing back. I read their terms and conditions saying to wait about a week and a half for premade items to be shipped out(which it was at the time of me ordering it) and waiting 6-8 weeks for bulk orders. I was so very excited to have this hoodie and incredibly disappointed in the lack/ no communication from molten. Please beware.
